I’m the exact same. I start thinking random thing like: what if I was a fnaf animatronic, if I were to die How would I want to die. Then I get my phone and scroll through KZbin shorts or I watch asmr to sleep. Then I don’t sleep so I watch the entire Harry Potter series. I need help

i do that sometimes but it's me teaching my girlfriend ASL and how to say fu kc you lol or dancing (to say fu kc you in ASL you put you thumb up behaind you're frunt teeth and then you fleck you thumb forword lol i hope you can understand this with all the misspelled words lol)

It's definitely difficult to get sleep when the mind won't stop. Too many thoughts. Wonder if counting dinosaurs would help or just make it worse? Imagine velociraptors like sheep jumping over a fence. 🤣
