This was great. Not sure how I missed the live or membership button. I am certainly interested to learn more from you. Would love to hear you continue discussing applicable strategies to resolve day-to-day challenges for us neurodivergents. As well as the occasional, plan with me, maybe a quarterly review or reflection ritual. I have not been successful with even setting goals this year. No annual goals, inconsistent monthly goals but I require weekly actions just to function on a day-to-day basis. I managed to keep up with this practice over the last 2 years. Not sure what happened in 2024. Thanks so much for the knowledge sharing. You are making a difference in the lives of many. 🌸

Re membership: how about a breakout chatroom for members only that opens after the episode for a limited amount of time, maybe until the next episode. You wouldn't have to be there, just drop in whenever you want.

Near the end of the video, you say that we are able to maintain bad habits. Not true for me. I don't do a single thing consistently, including bad things. Not even eating. I only sleep every night because my brain forces it and I don't have a consistent bedtime either.

I relate so much. even addictive things! it's a blessing and a curse. I could be smoking a pack a day by now but my executive dysfunction didn't let me go to the store to get cigs even tho i desperately wanted them so I just quit by accident lmao

@@CarenMagill It's growing every year! Queen's and SLC have exploded the last ten years! It was pretty cool being able to stand outside my front door and see the total eclipse, though. :)
