I have ADHD and found it extremely difficult to wait the 3 minutes before you started actually talking about the subject at hand. Almost didn’t make it, but great video!

Great video but there is alot of stuff in the first 3min that could have been left to last. I am trying to find this info to help educate teachers that are having a hard time with my teenage daughters need for music to help her study, do tests and to do the in class work. They keep giving her detention for needing this accommodation. Thank you for this info. Pretty much the only video about how music helps those with ADHD oon youtube.
