I appreciate this video so much, and don’t worry you look great as usual ;) Thank you for being so thorough in describing your experiences because I now realise I’m not alone in this and the part describing the amount of extra energy required to “fit in” or try and be neuro-typical hit home abit too hard . ;( This vid in particular is giving me the needed push to go get myself formally diagnosed. Much love

What do you do when you crash on medication. whats your mechanism when the drugs fade away? pleas answer, im trying to fix my adhd witthout medication. instead of eating foods.
@MegShinagawa2 жыл бұрын
I definitely found food to be the most helpful. But letting myself relax and not pushing myself are also important when I'm coming off of medication.
@IJIJIJI6882 жыл бұрын
Thank you for answering. What do you do when relaxing. Do you just lay down and rest or watch movies/series or yoga/meditate?

Hi, are you from Japan? It is interest to know how much is prelevance of adhd in Japan. I tough it is only American problem.
@MegShinagawa2 жыл бұрын
Yes I’m from Japan. I think ADHD is definitely not as well known here but there’s a good amount of people that probably have it (in my opinion).
@bethb59152 жыл бұрын
There are people with ADHD in every culture. But not all countries have medical systems that acknowledge it as a condition, which is unfortunate because so many people will go undiagnosed and untreated.
