I actually enjoy Angel’s Envy Triple Oak. The only problem I have with it is the price in my area is around $80-85 which I think is too high. I feel like it should be in the $40 range. Here is my review that I posted. Angel’s Envy Triple Oak Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished In A Blend Of Hungarian, Chinkapin & French Oak Barrels 92 Proof 46% ABV Nose: floral honey, vanilla, light apricot, toasted oak Palate: sweet honey and vanilla upfront with some baking spices mid palate with a touch of dark chocolate and caramel with a mouthfeel that is a little thin yet somewhat creamy leading into the finish. Finish: the toasted oak leads the way balancing out the sweetness with more of those baking spices rounding out this bourbon with a medium finish. Overall: I find the Angel’s Envy Triple Oak to be crushable and a very easy sipper that would be a good bourbon to start someone down the oaked finished journey. I did do a side by side comparison with Old Forester 1910 and I thought it stood up to it rather well.
