Adhesive Arachnoiditis and Opioids (low vs higher dose)

This is my own journey synopsis. Not everyone with AA uses opioids but for most they do. There's a reason why the first line treatment is opioids. They were designed for this kind of pain. It took me a higher dose to push my body through rehabilitation. It would have been difficult without and my quality of life would be lower. Mind you, I'm not on Toradol anymore but opioids are very effective. How can you get better if your pain is 9/10 or 10? You kill the pain first in a disorder like this.
