Does the head gear get moved often when wrestling on the head?

No! Obviously you have to tighten it right but it’s super stable

@@grapplersgraveyard oh okey thank you for the response. I have read some reviews on other headgear like this one and ppl complained about it moving.

I mean with enough force, all headgear moves. I have tried a bunch at this point and the best ones are the adidas & Matman (but Matman is more for BJJ I would say)
