Adieu Zarah....Fenster meines Lebens...(last recording session 1977)

This is the last video of this Zarah Leander cycle... The song is "Fenster meines Lebens" or "The window on my life" in which she looks back on her illustruous life... It could be seen as her version of "Je ne regrette rien". It was recorded in 1977 in Stockholm and this was her last recording session.
The voice is still strong yet it sounds more fragile (as her health was deteriorating).
The video opens with a newspaper clipping announcing her death from a Belgian paper and ends with a picture from the very beginning of her career in Scandinavia...
