Haveing problems I can’t get into program it throws a flash error.

I have a smaller version of this sign from a year ago. It's nice but the constant plugging a flash drive in the board was a pain. Got a USB extension cable to run from the sign to my desk. Some sign companies warn you not to do that but so far no problems. Also, beware that although it claims to be full color RGB, some signs only have 7 colors.

Hey I just got this sign today, it didn’t come with any power adapter you had just a cord that sticks out, I plug it in and not getting anything the usb stick doesn’t light up either. Any ideas by chance? Thank you!
