Also I realised something: Why does Hungary have a land belonging to Slovakia? Also, again, when you form a nation, your ideology automatically swaps to democracy, so you need to change it from the diplomacy menu thing.

here's some tips: countries will usually accept province ultimatums when you have an army that's double their economy, and vassalization when you have an army thats half of their economy goods and investments are broken when used for a long period of time. If you don't plan any big wars then just crank that up and watch your population skyrocket. DON'T plunder. it destroys the province for basically pocket change. If you let the AI attack you for a couple of turns before attacking, then they will burn out their forces on you. you can also build forts for extra defense bonus, and check biome map since certain provinces have their own modifiers. Sometimes when ai randomly attacks you, try to white peace right away, it usually works when you're a strong country. Alliances kinda suck in this game. Your ally will attack random countries, request you to join, then get angry when you don't. Try to get an army that's atleast half of your enemy's economy if you plan to attack. Always works for me.

Could you make the swedish empire next? (1622-1660 territories) The baltic territories are very easy to get, Finland and Norway are at a pretty similar strength, Germany can be beat at that point and after that you need to get St.Petersburg which will be hard, but also very entertaining
