Adjust clutches on golf cart

My dang big bore ezgo txt shakes when first taking off and when stopping. Parking it slowly in the garage feels like the whole motor is gonna fall off lol. It also won’t go in reverse unless you turn the motor off, switch the lever to reverse, and then start it up again. Gonna mess around with it one of these days to see if I can figure it out

Question for you. 2008 Club Car DS. When I put it in gear, forward or reverse it takes a second or two for it to engage. Jurks when it does engage. Any ideas?

I have 2015 EZGO rxv. The clutch is working as it should but have a rattling noise from it when driving…Any idea besides drive it till it fails. Thank you for your time. Where is your shop located?

If the rattling is from the clutch. There’s nothing you can do. Check the muffler also for a rattle!

Seal on my torque clutch is leaking. Can you make a video on how to change it?

My problem is a whole bunch of tall grass worked it's way into the end of the clutch. I got the clutch puller bolt, so hopefully I can get it out.

I would just pump grease in the end of the clutch

I just bought a 1999 ezgo 38v and when I press the gas it will go but then it starts hesitating. It will even sort of jerk sometimes. Do u have any idea what that could be?

Check battery voltage. if battery voltage is good. Take your motor off and unstick the brushes

It’s actually 48 volt and u don’t think I should check the vglide? Also the guy we bought it from installed a beast motor he called it. I think he said for more torque?

@@babyalivesandslime9731 no worries. Check your battery voltage while you’re driving it. Or hold the brake down as you hit the gas and check each battery under a load.

Is this for a fuel injected ezgo? I’ve got a 21 valor and it hesitates, then does nothing. If I push it and hit gas it will go. Took it to a place and they said too new to work on it. They said belt was jumping? It’s got a kwang Yang engine in it? Do you know anything about those?

Kwang Yang. You mean Kawasaki engine. Or the small moped engine they use

If it’s the small moped engine. No it’s different than this. But if it’s the Kawasaki yea

But on the moped engines they are bad for the computer causing. Int running

If it’s int running. Meaning when you hit the gas sometimes and it does nothing then you hit a couple more times and it runs. Replace the computer. Don’t waste your time or money on nothing else but the computer. It’s called a starter/generator controller. It will fix your problem. I replace about 30 a year.

@@Golfcartwhisperer No, it was being driven when it started doing it. It happened about 2 weeks ago and it cleared itself up. Now it just chugs and doesn't move.
