Hello, sometimes my string jumps out of the gripper when pulling tension. I'm not sure if my gripper is too loose or im not setting the string in the gripper 100% right. what should I do to fix this?

I cant eliminated the marks on the string, gripper to tie... help

What is the size of Allen screw

It is a M6 diameter x 1mm pitch x 10 mm length set screw. Use a 3 mm hex Ball driver for easier access.
