Cadie’s English is so good! If I didn’t know her background, I’d never know she spoke another language, much less just over a year ago! Way to go, Cadence! That’s crazy they didn’t teach any English in India. You’d think they’d at least teach them numbers and important words. Anyways, I’m so proud of you, Cadence!

In India they do teach English but being in government school English is added to your curriculum from 5th grade onwards.But since she wasn't part of the school untill then she couldn't make her way into learning English. Well she did really do a great job.

In a way it was better for her to not know English when she came otherwise she would have had an accent which would have taken a long time to correct. This way she learned English just like any other American child and now speaks correct American English.

My hardest bit of school was being bullied. Primary school was okay, but secondary school was horrible.....Also, I wasn't very good at maths. I kept getting numbers confused, still not good at it! I didn't like school. I'm so glad your kids are happy and enjoying it. 😀🌼

Well I love kids so much and I love when they talk. And the other thing is that Cadie didn't knew English bcoz she was in the orphanage and I think they can't afford for all the kids in the orphanage to go to a private school. So they send them to the govt school and the govt school don't focus on English much.

I'm all about humanities and science, while senior school math (like algebra/calculus?) and PT were the toughest for me - math cause it's just not my thing, and sports cause I have asthma which is triggered by physical activity, so until I got a medical prescription to free me from pt classes I was miserable😅

Well the kids are very friendly. They made so many friends in 1-2 days. I always had only 1 best friend for years and the class was just classmates. And I really liked maths upto class 10. It was my favourite subject till class 10. But after that I didn't like it also the main thing it was tough and it was an optional subject in 11&12.
