What do the forward facing allen adjusters do? And should they be tight or slightly loose? Mine are slightly loose.

The actual screws with the allen are grub screws and pin the torsion's into the floating center. Once the ride height is achieved, then the hex nut on top of the slide block is jammed down to pin the adjuster into place.

@Airkewld that's what I'm asking if when all the jamb nuts are loose, should the grub screws be tightened, or are they slightly loose? I messed with them a little before I understood how to adjust the ride height. I don't remember if they were tight or loose. Thank you so much for your response
