Great explanation. I use acetal copolymer, similar to delrin for trailing arm bushings. Tried UHMW but, it was too soft and can swell when wet. Nylon may be another option. You are correct, the trailing arms should be concentric to the mating front beam bearings. Axial load on the needle bearings can cause premature wear however, the trailing arms only oscillate but, a misalignment will be present.

I'm glad someone else heard that music I thought my phone had a virus. I've been running the polyurethane for that reason but that was before delrin started being available. May have to order some in the near future.

Hey Mike, thanks for the comment. We do not, mostly because all beams are different ID's, we would have to make several, not something that we want to undertake.

No sorry. Too many dimensions and tubing options to make them for every option.

Correct. Too many variations for us to make them fit and OEM set up. We control the tube, we control the bushing, it works every time.
