We moved and everyone of my kids are acting out I feel really insane because each kid is having a different issue one keeps crying and saying she's ugly the other one is acting out with unexceptiable behavior and the other one is refusing to go to school all are getting help but all the services are causing me to snap out and the school who has been extremely intense and intrusive in my opinion with my family about getting help I think they are just trying to help but I been snapping out because I must also be having adjustment disorder but I have trauma and I have horrific coping skills 😢

I want to challenge you to take time to care for yourself. As a mother, it is so easy to believe that there is no time for yourself. Caring for yourself will set an example and allow you to better handle the issues your children are struggling with.

This is very informative. I have a question about the short term diagnosis. I just figured out I was diagnosed with this disorder as a child. I never received treatment for this or the anxiety. Is it possible I'm under treated for this? I now understand why I always have anxiety when there are big changes in my life. And what makes it a dispropotionate response to stress? To me it feels like the psychologist back in the day didn't take my situation serious enough with what I've been through as a child. There was more going on than the eyes could see.

Thank you, I'm glad the video was informative! It would be beneficial to consult with a mental health professional now to discuss your specific situation and explore potential treatment options that can help you manage your anxiety and stress more effectively. It's important to remember that seeking support is a positive step towards understanding and improving your mental health.

Thanks for asking! I do have videos on each disorder which are based on the information in the DSM (here's the one on PTSD: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gYqukomcbt6ea8Usi=aFI4cy6VHFQ9_Kz1 )
