Hiii there! Just wanted to mention that the Confidence Interval would be based off the Scaled Score, not the Raw Score. So for your example, if the CI is +2/-2 and your Scaled Score is 8, your CI would be 6 to 10. Hope this helps! :)

This was great! I would love to see a video about the SSI-4. I’ve given it before, but honestly even after doing it I was still confused about the scoring portion 😅 thank goodness I had my supervisor!

Don’t you not “give” the SSI? Don’t you just record a speech sample and you do the scoring based on that?

Great video. Thanks a lot. I was sitting for a long time trying to figure out how to score the test. I am studying special needs education and CELF 5 is homework. The tutor did not provide us with the full manual that's why I am struggling to understand how to score it. Only after I saw ur video, I was able to fill in the score table:-)

Great question! The second page of the test booklet has a chart for the scores and shows what falls in average, below avg., etc. Also check the manual!

That’s a great question! Essentially the same way we calculated CLI in the video just with the different subtest scores it requires. Hope this helps!!
