The Honorable Tim Gallaudet, PhD, Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy (ret) is a career oceanographer and technology consultant. Formerly, he served as the acting Undersecretary and Assistant Secretary of Commerce,
acting and Deputy Administrator of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and Oceanographer of the Navy.
Currently, Gallaudet serves as a strategic advisor and board member for several startups, nonprofits, and research institutions in the ocean, weather, environment, and space sectors. Gallaudet has been
interested in UAP since he was young, but his experience as the Superintendent of the U.S. Naval Observatory gave him a greater appreciation for their scientific validity.
He now is a research affiliate for Harvard University’s Galileo Project, an Advisory Board
member for Americans for Safe Aerospace, and will provide a keynote address at the Anomalous Aerospace Phenomena Conference hosted by the Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies on July 30.

This is the second video from Ryan's Merged Podcast that I have seen. Again it is a very professional and interesting conversation. There's no spooky music or gravelly voiced narrator, No sensational doctored photos or headlines. This is a serious conversation with a highly reputable and authoritative expert on the subject of Oceanography and USO's, which I find far more interesting than all the nonsense social media junk that is out there on social media. Finally we have a source of intelligent investigation and discussion on this topic which I really appreciate.

I worked on the secret SOSUS project in the 1980s. We and other Sonar submariners witnessed fast moving underwater vessels that didn't have the normal sound signatures of any know submarine, soviet or friendly. Travelling at high speeds these contacts were put down to equipment issues when there were no issues with the equipment. We referred to them as ghost subs.

My brother lived the last 25 years of his life in Cutler’s Ridge, Florida. He was an iron worker, and lived there to fish. He was out to at sea 3 or 4 days or nights a week. Before he died I spent a lot of time with him, he had cancer. He told me in great detail about objects he had seen on many occasions doing crazy things in the sky, like rocketing up in groups, splitting up, coming back together stopping in one place zooming into the water, coming back out of the water, etc, and sometimes single objects. A couple of young brothers grew up fishing with him, they told me the same kinds of stories, and to this day they still see that kind of thing. In all of the various stories, the objects all sound like the same kind, but sometimes different colors.

Absolutely. Especially when it comes to ufos / UAP. They are seen over land often enough, it seems they are seen every single day somewhere on earth- yet no one ever asks where they go to. It’s my guess that the vastness of the oceans on this planet would be an ideal and obvious hiding place for these things. After all, who monitors underneath the oceans? And by eyewitness accounts UAP have no problem at all entering the sea at any speed they want.

This is the topic I'm most interested in when it comes to the UAP phenomenon. And It seems we have the least data on this issue. IMO, the ocean is the best place to hide and travel. If your craft can travel through air and water why would you travel through the congested airways when the ocean is completely free of obstacles. And is the most inconspicuous.

Great discussion! Interesting that Tim mentioned Guadalupe Island. Kevin Day, the radar technician from the USS Princeton in the 2004 Nimitz UAP incident, had tracked the UAPs that were dropping from 80,000 feet to sea level in less than a second-one of the same ones that Dave Fravor & crew encountered-were leaving Catalina Island and heading down to Guadalupe Island and hanging out down there. Guadalupe Island has some interesting magnetic anomalies surrounding it, according to Lue Elizondo, who did go down to take a look at it & interview the people familiar with the area. The only people allowed on Guadalupe Island by the Mexican government are the marine biologists studying the sharks. 🤔

the go fast is ours, it was most likely a tic tac. the tic tac is ours, before the tic tic we used what we called the metallic blimp. it is spectacular to watch one taking off.

Great video! Intelligent guest with meaningful insights and the life experiences to make his conclusions viable. You do a great job in moving the interview along and asking the questions that your audience would ask if they were there in person. It is refreshing to listen to an intelligent conversation between you and your guest.

Maybe sentient AI from the future coming back to check we dont mess up the technological timeline by nuking each other. A great finish to the conversation! Love hearing such intelligent articulate people speculate about our place in the universe and the 'hard problem' of conciousness. Its interesting to think that there could be beings with a higher degree of awareness, extra sensory to ours. For instance sharks have "Ampullae of Lorenzini" which are electroreceptors, sense organs able to detect electric fields.". What other methods of sensing the environment could there be that exists?
