Sir now it means that if some one wants to provide e evidence in court so now he or she can provide it without the electronic certificate and only the device is being needed to be showen in court no need for the certificate if the device is there with the party and if something is there which can not be proved physically or the electronic evidence is in some manner which can not be present as device then the certificate is needed

1) Sir if original source of voice recording is not available or got destroyed somehow but details of original source is known and copy of the voice recording copied from the original source is available then the piece of evidence will be admissible or not. 2) If the original source device is available but the content is somehow deleted from the original source and copy of the content copied from original source is available then admissible or not. Please answer.
