Same day I gave money to someone based on promissory note, Mobile is demaged and I throwed it, Gmail attached call recording can I submit as evidence to the court? Sir, यदि कंप्यूटर से किसी साक्ष्य का पेपर प्रिंट आउट लिया गया है और पुलिस के द्वारा उसको कोर्ट में चालान के साथ पेश भी किया जा चुका है परंतु पुलिस ने 65 बी साक्ष्य अधिनियम का प्रमाण पत्र नहीं लगाया है तो इस स्थिति में कोर्ट एविडेंस मान्य करेगी या नहीं please reply 🙏
