Adnams 10K Race - Southwold

A small group of us from the Fox Trotters made our way across to Southwold to take part in the Adnams 10K.
A race we have taken part in previous years, which is a circular route around Southwold taking in the harbour along Ferry rd up past the rugby pitches finishing in the town by the green, always a nice race with great Marshals & volunteers this year was no different, however the one thing that you cannot predict is the weather, we’ve run in freezing temperatures, rain, sleet & snow, along with bitterly cold winds & this year was no different it was a balmy 15 degrees along with gusty winds & speeds up to 50 mph,
Another great enjoyable race with friends which started with a pre race coffee at the Two Magpies Bakery & finishing with some post race rehydration at the Red Lion followed by a visit to The Little Fish & chip Shop.
