I'm learning how to dance salsa. And when I already know how to dance I'd like to not do that many turns. I definitely like to learn to dance like Adolfo and Lorenita, but a little bit closer to the Cuban salsa with out all those many turns. I got to say though, I like this video, I love their dancing!

for a pro dancer like him, i guess there must be musical reasons why he interpreted it in this style. i first saw this style from Fernando Sosa and was awed and drawn by that supercool like gang leader way of dance, the power, the sharpness, unusual understanding of human joints motion and without any doubts of what unthinkable angle the joints are capable of moving. its such a contrast from some other Adolfo's clip, like when he dance fiesta a la king, such a dancing noble, classy... tuning to different dance style according to different music... really inspiring

spinning and spinning is not dancing, unfortunately people does not realize you must have a connection with your dancing partner, they barely see each other, there is no connection, besides I see them and I do not see they are enjoying and feeling the music, can not see the "sabor", most of the dance the guy barely moves and just makes lady spin, no hips neither waist movement, neither feet work, dancing is become one with your partner, not just trying to catch the eyes of people surrounding them, this is just my particular opinion, I am not a pro, just love music :D

I'm not so good enough like Adolfo, but everyone are agree about this creepy social dance. I mean, many dance videos as you noticed are not forced, and the video looks intensive and hard, and if I had to dance like that way, I will follow my own style. This video looks more like a choreography routine, just take a look in hands and arms change of Adolfo. I've seen simple combinations and they look better than this.

She's having a great time Carl. All the arm stuff doesn't hurt when executed properly. The only pain she might have had was when her hair got snagged at 1:32 and 3:02. This is a consequence of ladies having really long hair and not pulling it up. She knows this but opts to show off the beautiful hair.
