Wow, looking at workouts as “practice” is such a great idea. When I was in my best shape in HS I went to wrestling practice everyday. It wasn’t intense the whole time but it was consistent. I think I can definitely get back on track if I have a practice everyday 💯

I've eliminated "workout" in favor of "practice" a long time ago. "Workout" is like "working out your mommy/daddy issues." I wish I could replace the word "workout" from my beloved Garmin.

As a artist I have to be realy to create for my clients when they need me. I have to stay practiced up. Every day a drawing can be different cause of mood or situation etc. But no matter what I always want to be improving my art work and giving the best quality I can to my clients. I really get what he is saying about fitness being like a job. Everything takes time to improve and years of time put in to make it to the level you want to reach. My goal use to be weight loss but now I want to have the best health I can ever achieve. Even with diet its about consistency and working towards better eating. You have to show up for yourself everyday until it pays off. No eating unhealthy food feels like I am acting out of character. I cant bring myself to eat a large amount of anything that I know can impact me negatively withing hours of doing so. Good eating practice, good exercise practice, its all so important.
