If a tumor is growing on top of the gland, either way you're going to have the tumor removed, saying doing a biopsy before removal is redundant.

I'm sure insurance won't cover the surgery unless they biopsy first.

This is very helpful, I'm a caregiver for developmentally and intellectually disabled adults in Albany Oregon and one of my clients was getting a lung cancer screening and they found a adrenal gland mass & he's been stressed out to the extreme and I wanted to put his mind to rest because he was acting crazy, thank you 🙏😭 made my day mush easier
