Hey AJP, Do you or are you planning any rides in NH or Vermont anytime soon? Tennessee is a little far for me. My Vehicle isn't ready for a tow 18 hours. Julian...you mention getting radios. We use the Baofeng UV-5R dual band. You may here in some of our Hatfield videos as we are using them. @@frankandgordoffroad Hey, yea my group uses rugged radios. Their radios are the exact same Chinese radios that you can buy for a 1/3 of the price. Also, the frequencies they program are technically illegal for people to use. Done a lot of research on it. If you can just get the frequency list of what your friends use on their RR setup, you can communicate with them without paying the premium price. They are capable of working in ham frequencies as well (technically what they are made for) and if you get a ham licence, you can use those frequencies legally. FYI, I have been a licensed ham for over 20 years.

A St. Paul Va, Grundy Va (coal canyon) right by my place, Haysi Va, and most of all of these trail systems are connected or in the process of being connected. Several are in the process of connecting to the neighboring Hatfield McCoy trails which aren’t that far away. Grundy Va is in the Southwestern Corner of Va. really close to Wva and Ky. Hey Tom. Glad you enjoy the videos. Ya, we do enjoy having a few wobbly pops during the day. Generally speaking we do a good job moderating the intake until we get back for the night. As you know we like to ride hard but also stop and enjoy ourselves and just hang out on the trail. I try my best not to include too much of the beverage consumption in the videos but it is what it is. This is a lifestyle and anyone that rides knows what that lifestyle includes. America the land of freedom. I'm so jealous guys. I wish I could drive such trails. But here in Germany that's forbidden. We have too many Laws and Prohibitions. :(((
@AdrenalineJunkieProd5 жыл бұрын
Hey Martin, America truly is the land of freedom. I love riding in the United States. Canada also has a lot of good riding areas but not as developed or organized as America. No one can compete with the Americans in this area. When I was in Berlin two summers ago I saw ATV's riding on the city streets. I wish I could drive into a big city in my RZR or on my ATV. Germany has given to much power to the "green" political parties and environmentalists. Canada is a big joke when it comes to Politics too though, our Prime Minister is an insult to the country.

Yes it was! The cabin is available for rent through Brimstone recreation. The same company that owns and runs the off-road park. They have multiple cabins you can choose form. This is their biggest and nicest one I believe.

Does anyone you ride with have their front sway bar removed? Love the VIDEOS!
@AdrenalineJunkieProd5 жыл бұрын
Atypical Gamer I actually talk about that through the video. We all have our front sway bars removed. Makes a big difference on the trails. I haven’t noticed any negative effects at high speed not having it in place. Stoked you enjoy the videos!!

@@AdrenalineJunkieProd Oh, right at 8:52 is when you mentioned it, my bad... Must have left to grab a beer lol I wonder how well the Maverick Trail would do on the trails you ride?
@AdrenalineJunkieProd5 жыл бұрын
Atypical Gamer I’m sure it would do just fine in most areas. Might have to choose a slightly different line on some obstacles but it will get through it.

@@AdrenalineJunkieProd That makes sense given it's narrow width, that's what I currently own... I'm hoping you get a RZR Pro XP to see how it stacks up against the X3 on the trail, that would be sweet content! :D
@rzrdaze5 жыл бұрын
@@user-gv2pq9pd5i I was really interested in the XP Pro till I saw a couple videos where they sustained heavy damage by simply falling on their sides. Doesn't really matter for me since my xp turbo is only 4 months old. Just thought you might like to keep your ear to the ground (youtube/forums) before you invest that kind of money.

I actually mention that in this video at around the midway point. Just over 4000 trail miles. No serious issues yet. Getting ready to rebuild the front diff before my next ride.

Another awesome video! Taking our group there next year. I see your tires have headlocks. Do you think headlocks are really needed if your main riding is trails?
@AdrenalineJunkieProd5 жыл бұрын
The Knary Agency I totally believe beadlocks are beneficial. On these trails I run about 12psi. So not super needed but anytime you run below 10psi I recommend them. I’ve popped multiple beads in the past on technical trails. I often only run about 6psi on our home trails when it’s slick out. Also, if you get a flat and need to ride the machine out of a hole or to a spot to fix the tire it holds the tire on the rim. Especially if you need to drive a decent distance with a flat. I’m a huge fan of beadlocks in most conditions.

Why did you attempt a hillbilly/ southern accent when talking about lawntractors?
@AdrenalineJunkieProd5 жыл бұрын
Not sure I put that much thought into it. Also not sure I was attempting any demographic of accent, more or less just changing my voice to make it funny. I hope your not taking it offensively. I love lawn tractors and the South. I also suck at all accents, lol.

Again, too much motor noise to understand what you are trying to say.. I ended up just turning down the volume and eventually lost interest in the video. This is the choice you have if you want to broadcast videos, commentate and be understood to keep subscribers or make a bunch of obnoxious motor noise? Your choice Mr J!
@AdrenalineJunkieProd5 жыл бұрын
Hey papa bare. Appreciate the feedback. All the videos in the series will have similar audio... it was all filmed at the same time. I voice over in addition to the commentary in the video and I cut out the sections I think you can't hear. It's a hell of a lot harder to capture good audio then you think while riding in conditions like this. It's actually the ahrdest part of making these videos which is why most channels put music in their videos.... If you don't like the "obnoxious" motor noise then I don't know what to tell ya. I try my best on these videos and if it's not good enough to keep your attention, then hey, it is what it is. It's hard to make everyone happy. When I re-watch this content on my computer or TV it sounds pretty good. Ya, some parts are a little tough to hear but for the most part its totally understandable. I spend hundred (literally hundreds) of hours editing this content. By the time this TN series is all done and uploaded I bet I'll have about 150 hours into editing it. I'm not sure what you are watching it on, but if it's a cell phone for example then it's not surprising the audio sounds crappy. These are not Hollywood productions man. It's just one guy filming, editing and creating this content in his free time using his own budget. If I had a team, a much higher budget, and more free time I could make these videos Netflix worthy, but until I win the lottery we are gonna have to deal with this. It's a constant learning curve for me and I do my best to improve on the content but unfortunately I don't know what I'm recording or how it sounds until I come home and start editing it. Some videos turn out better than others. In regards to keeping subscribers, since the day I started uploading it has been a constant growth, never have I lost more subscribers than I have gained in a month and that is something I'm proud of. Generally speaking I think that the content continues to improve as far as production quality goes. My goal is to make the audio better and I have made some improvements since this trip so hopefully the next one is better. Like I said, it's a constant learning curve here. When I mess up I work on figuring out ways to improve in the future. When something works really well I try to keep doing it.

How many miles does your rzr have
@AdrenalineJunkieProd5 жыл бұрын
Michael Bricking hey man. I actually mention it about halfway through the video. It has just over 4000 trail miles on it now. Not serious issues to report yet. I’ll be rebuilding my front diff before my next ride as it prob needs some love. It’s getting a little noisy and the output seal has started leaking a tiny bit. Bought a rebuild kit from Sandcraft RCR with all new SKF bearings, seals and their heavy duty internals. Should be bullet proof once I’m done.
