Who cares what she does offstage? The audience just wants you to sing, that's what they pay for. We don't care about your pronouns or anything else. And it's not even a stretch. She plays male roles in opera, ones written for a female to play in trousers or castrati roles.

I came to this video because I had seen this singer in La Clemenza di Tito….Great singing, I noticed the singer’s name Adrian Angelico - sounds like a pseudonym anyway, but I was thinking - ´hmmm…, countertenor fully comparable with the top mezzo-sopranos….unbelievable😳👍…!’ So here I am…….a bit disappointed I must say… In my opinion - if someone was born like a woman, looks like a woman, sounds like a woman, then such a person shouldn’t fool people with a male name…
