I've never tried the Sword Experience, but have dabbled in stage combat, and martial arts. It is fun, and active. If you were thinking about doing it, I'd say give it a try... said the stranger on KZbin lol.

Exercising by learning a skill that you enjoy is the best exercise of all, whether you're learning to dance or sword fight or whatever. I'm so delighted that he's still doing martial arts, AND teaching it.

The interesting challenge in stage combat is to take a real form, or what appears to be a real form, and modify it to be safe for performance. The goal isn't to hurt the other person - they're your partner, not your opponent, in the "fight."

It’s interesting that he played an immortal and he actually ages very well in real life. This is a very old video, but even today on his recent videos he looks a lot younger than probably most people his age. Just shows you he was the right person to play the Highlander.

Adrian Pauls's staff is far more concerned with money than the customer experience. They screwed me over a 15-dollar pass and didn't finish my experience without explanation. I wouldn't travel across the country to do it again.!! They refused to let me complete the experience without explanation and then sent me an email about the 15-dollar pass that I had the receipt for. Completely ruined my experience and took my money. If you have any problems make sure you make a scens on the spot because they will not fix it later;;

I often kind of wonder if his career didn't get a hit from the Highlander movies. Some of those movies were just terrible. And this is from someone who loved the series but those movies... yuck . He would still get residuals from any reruns. He probably gets a little bit when they saw the DVD sets. But they haven't been playing his reruns in a while. But hopefully he invested a lot of his money well when he was on the series.
