Stop! It’s a younger halflinger and just because it’s a draft doesn’t mean it can’t jump! I own one myself and have jumped before and this is not a form of abuse! So stop I’m this and keep your comment to yourself!

I've researched a bunch about haflingers, a bunch of people say they're ''head strong'' and naughty, is that true?? I really want a Friesian, cause of there personality. Haflingers don't seem like a great riding horse, but im not sure cause I've never ridden a haflinger before. Help!

Totally Horses haffies are awesome!! They can be a bit naughty sometimes, but it’s the same as any other pony. They have a huge golden retriever personality in my opinion. They are great movers and amazing jumpers. I’ve got one doing the 1-1.10 m right now.

Totally Horses also remember that all horses have different personalities, regardless of their breed

the first thing you need to do is ask yourself what it is you want to do with your riding, and evaluate your current level of skill.. most importantly, don't limit yourself to any specific breed. good luck !

Well there are 2 types of halflingers... You have the ones like this one...lean and gorgeous, the breed standard. Then you have the ones that are backyard bred by the Amish who are super beefy and stubborn (in my personal experience.)(It depends on the horse) you can definitely train them to be great but it's alot of work😅 overall an incredible breed if you buy from the right people!

i've had a friesian and they're the sweetest! i'm sure you already have decided. I'm getting a haflinger soon and i look forward to see their personalities. But friesians have the biggest place in my heart RIP Tim (my friesian)
