My healthy snacks are apples. High fiber lowers ur cholesterol. Good for blood pressure too

That's great! Taking the stairs is a sure and easy way to get the blood flowing and get some exercise. Glad you're able to stay fit on the job!

Awesome tips, Adriana! I run my coaching business from home, so I often forget to get up and stretch it out :)) But this video definitely inspired me to move my body more and find time to relax. Thank you!

Yes Sitting is the new smoking - that is for sure!!!!!! Okay so Adriana... loving the superman. I was superman comic freak growing up so I totally notice!!!! :) Yup water works... and tea! I will stretch as soooooon as I finish watching this! :) And I need to bring back more meditation. I have let that fall a little. Great reminders ... thank you perfect timing! ~Elizabeth :)

SO very helpful. I find myself sitting at my desk and getting so involved in what I'm doing that HOURS can go by before I move. And my waistline has reflected that! 🙄 Thanks for the suggestions!

Thanks for these tips on how to stay healthy at work! I always have my water bottle with me so I can stay hydrated, and I do find myself getting up a lot to go to the washroom which gives me a chance to stretch my legs. The tip I need to improve on is going to the gym. I definitely don't do this enough!

Awesome! Yes, even if you can squeeze in a workout at home, it's better than not exercising - something is better than nothing when it comes to staying healthy on the job and being fit!
