you can have sharepoint to automatically control versions. just need to setup to save 5000 versions… also automatically to notify when the documents change to shoot an email to the people you want

We use teams and sharepoint. What we struggle with is what to put where, so we put it on both and waste time.

Could you please visualize this type of stuff? Referring to the page structure, mentioning poor navigation, talking about permissions assignment mechanism etc. and not demonstrating it on the screen...is kind of poor guidance.
