A tip to become more engaged in reading is to hold your book up like how you hold your phone, having the book flat down infront of you makes it seem more like a chore and boring whereas holding it up makes you more engaged

Hey Adrianna! This is something I needed a routine!! I’m so bad at staying just on phone and social media instead of doing productive things!! Also seeing you workout may be a sign that I need a workout because I have been stressed AF with bridal shower stuff and wedding stuff and getting last minute preps stuff done for my friend tomorrow.. so today is gonna be a productive day!! Thanks Adrianna! 🩷🩷🩷

I've been vegetarian/vegan for 9 years. Im also an avid weightlifter, and used to be a nutrion coach/personal trainer. I would caution with the amount of dairy you're consuming because dairy is extremely inflammatory and can cause a lot of health issues. Some dairy free sources I love are: Premier protein makes a protein cereal that's 20g and cheaper than other protein cereals. Orgain and OWYN are probably my favorite plant protein powders. I put peanut butter on EVERYTHING 🤤 Add chia or hemp seeds to your yogurt. Choose whole wheat products or specialty breads like Dave's or Ezekiel. I know The texture of tofu is hard for some people, so if you have an air fryer, i recommend that Then using sauces to flavor. And then fake meets if you like them, but sparingly cuz processed food.

I’m doing 75 hard rn as well and am also a vegetarian so here are some recs: -250g sk/greek or Turkish yoghurt with fruits and nuts for 25g - if you get a milkshake protein powder you can mix it in there for a total of 45g - look for Skyr cheese it’s 15g per cheese string - 1 cup cottage cheese with an egg made into scrambled eggs for 26g (I like to get mine from more unprocessed sources )

I honestly want to try this now after watching this video, working out has always been a struggle for me so I know that will be the hardest out of all of the challenges but I think I'm going to try to start off 75 hard today! I'm also reading Atomic Habits right now, I've been through a whole journey with this book and I haven't even read it in its entirety yet. My mom and I listened to it in the car on a road trip and that's how I discovered it haha. I've since bought myself a physical copy that I've been annotating! Great video and so inspiring, thank you Adriana

1 gallon of water may be too much for some people, you should drink that much only if you're training very hard or when the temperatures are high, otherwise the level of sodium in your blood will be too low. It's estimated that the best amount of water to drink a day is like 2-2,5 litres (I'm from europe so idk how much it is but 1 gallon is 3,78 litres)
@ukradnijdlamnieser38464 күн бұрын

The best friend analogy is nice but how about our bodies being God's temple? We have a responsibility to take care of it and glorify Him through our bodies. Therfore, junk food, Indolence, lack of movement, watching or reading things that don't align with Him, are all detrimental and cause harm.
@adriananoriega4 ай бұрын
AMEN!!! couldn’t agree more 💓✨
@StevenVaughan-yu1yb2 ай бұрын
It’s good to treat yourself once in a while tho for ur mental health. Also there might be reasons for indolence and lack of movement like depression or being disabled, not everyone is the same and it’s not as easy for everyone, like how often poor people have to buy junk food bc they can’t afford anything else. Prob try to think and put yourself into other peoples shoes before u could say something like that which could be harmful. I personally think we should live our best lives and do what makes us the happiest so we can have the best mental health
@mh564872 ай бұрын
Ew. Live for yourself damn it. You should take care of your body because it's YOURS, not cause of a god. YOU deserve to live in a body that's comfortable and healthy for YOU, not some external third party.
@leenyloves2 ай бұрын
@@StevenVaughan-yu1yb I already tried that. I lived for myself and chased my own happiness and I always came up empty. Society tells you to live for yourself and focus on yourself, but what it fails to warn you about is the emptiness that follows. You end up experiencing very high highs and very low lows, like an endless Rollercoaster bc your "happiness" is always based on circumstance. When you follow Jesus you don't experience that bc His joy is not circumstantial. His joy and peace are freely given to us, and we get to experience it even through trials.
@StevenVaughan-yu1yb2 ай бұрын
@ u shouldn’t live purely for yourself, u should enjoy the company of others and what they provide and try to help and think about them as well as yourself. When I was following Jesus it didn’t give me any more joy. Lots of people get less joy because of Christianity and go through depression and trauma because of it. Also as I was saying in my original comment it’s good to treat yourself for ur mental health which would make u happier and that’s not based on circumstances, that’s based on decisions, so it’s not all just based on circumstances. And Wdym by trials?
