HOW TO CHANGE MASTER LOCK COMBINATION CODE

Master lock is the most popular lock brand in United States. And the Master Lock combination lock is probably the most popular in the world. This video will show you how to re-program or change the code of your Master Lock with 4 digit combination lock.
This how-to change master lock combination code is very easy to follow and very easy to remember.
BTW, the master lock combination lock I am using in this video is their Heavy Duty version, it the best value combination lock and best quality for the price. I have a few master lock from 30+ years ago left on outdoor gates and fences, and they all still work well!!! Amazing Master Locks!

Sorry that’s not how to do it. Once it’s open spin the lock until you see the single line on the top of the lock shank, then press it in rotate to the left to where you see two lines, change the combination to what you want Turner from the two lines to the single line pull up the lock has been changed that is the proper way to do it

😅 On the top of the lock, where the shackle is, there are 2 roman numerals. I and II. Open the lock. Turn the shackle to the I, push the shackle down. Turn the shackle to the II. Then you will be able to "move the dials." Reset the code, lift the shackle, turn it back to the lock position and lock it! Ofcorse, scramble the numbers, enter the NEW combination and make sure the lock opens.😂😂😂

There should be little notches on the top of the lock, around the hook thing. the single notch shows where to turn it to press down for the first step, and the two notches show where you then rotate it to be able to move the numbers.

You don't have to wait for a "click"or to be able to "spin your numbers", all you have to do is turn it 90-degrees & line it up with the little notch hole on the top & push it straight down then spin your numbers to reset.

Keep trying pushing it down while swinging the steel loop left-and-right. Check to make sure your combination code is set to its correct current code (before changing code).

If breaking the code does not work, then you would have to cut the lock. I would use a grinder with cut off disc
