I don't know what the proper etiquette is when it comes to claiming a dragon whose rider just died but it is HIGH KEY DISRESPECTFUL for Aemon to go to Driftmark for Laena's funeral, only to leave with her dragon. I wish her daughter without a dragon was able to bond with Vhagar first 😔

I just want to see how Viserys reacts to Alicent pulling out his dagger on Rhae and/or her boys. He may not be the best King but he has been very consistent in his love and defense of his daughter. This will most certainly be a turning point for Viserys as he will no longer be able to ignore the division happening within his own family.

I wanted more of Daemon and Laena's marriage. They had the most normal marriage on the show. He obviously loved her. Aemon shows his character even as a kid. Alicent's kids are savages. Alicent wants to pluck a kid's eye out? Then she talks about "honor and dignity".

Daemon is NOT going to kill Laenor. The guy is his nephew/bro-in-law and even saved Daemon's life on Seasmoke. In the book, Mushroom only suspected Daemon for killing Laenor but had no shred of proof. Daemon was also suspected of killing Harwin but the TV series showed it was Larys.

The Targaryen family history are nuts but extremely fascinating. They're from Valyria and were one of the smaller Houses that became powerful once they moved. Balerion is from their old country. It's crazy to think he was their biggest but compared to more powerful Houses in old Valyria, he might only be half the size of other dragons before Valyria was destroyed. I would love if they did a series on Aegon's Conquest just so we can finally see Balerion in all his glory. I'd rather see that over Robert's Rebellion or a Jon Snow series. It doesn't need to last multiple seasons. A limited series is fine. Heck, give us a series about old Valyria years before the Doom. When GOT was still on the air, I did not support the Targs at all. I did not stand by Daenerys. Maybe I'm sexist but I find many of the female GOT/HOT D characters annoying. Even Rhaenyra and Alicent are nothing but trouble. Just two rich, spoiled rotten, self-entitled, c-nts arguing over a throne. But now I've seen more male Targs, I dig these crazy inbred bastards. Daemon Targaryen to me is really Jaime fookin Lannister to many fanboys and fangirls. He's the guy who you hate in the beginning but then completely support him by the end of the series. The bad boy that women want to change for the better. The parallels for so many fangirls on how they felt about Jaime and now for Daemon are all there. Daemon gets the most awesome hero's death though. Or did he really die? We shall see... I love Targaryens! They're mad but they're fascinating. Some of my favorites beyond Rogue Prince are Aegon the Conqueror, Jaehaerys & Alysanne, Aemond One-Eye, Daeron II, Baelor "Breakspear", and Daemon's cousin, Rhaenys. Here's a great comment I read from Reddit talking about his favorite Targaryens.... "Favorite is definitely Daemon Targaryen, The Rogue Prince. He loved many, and was loved in equal measures by many (including a king and a queen), travelled around the entire world, did all there was to be done in the name of adventure, was respected and adored as a friend, fought countless battles and prevailed, and died a legendary death. Second fav would be Aegon III. What he experienced as a child should have broken him and driven him into madness, instead he swallowed the bitterness, did all he could to amend the broken family, redeem the damage that was done to the kingdom, and repay the cruelty life had thrown at him with kindness and peace. It would take a tremendous amount of courage and self awareness to live either one of these two drastically different lives, and in a way, both Daemon and Aegon III lived their lives to the fullest. That’s why these two are my favorites." I got a good feeling I'll love Daemon's offspring too like Baela and Aegon III. The fact Baela was on a much smaller dragon in Moondancer and still managed to mortally wound Sunfyre is bad*ss to me. That's like Rhaenys on Meleys taking on two dragons by herself. They should've kept Rhaenys' hair dark like a Baratheon she is. I read Baratheons have the most dominant genes followed by the Tullys. Targs seem to be on the low-end with genes although Alicent's kids don't have her hair color. I believe Ryan Condal changed Rhaenys' hair color in order to have viewers feel those are Harwin's children with Rhaenyra. Had Rhaenys had dark hair, it would made it a little more plausible that those were Laenor's children. Of course, people could just ask do they look like black or not? Do they look like Laenor? Not at all. So confusing with this gene pool when you also consider Baela and Rhaena are really 75% white but look nothing like their dad. I guess the series finale won't be the fates of Daemyra. There is quite a bit of stuff that happens after them. I can imagine it ends with Aegon III sitting on the throne. We need to wait 2 more years for S2. Not 10 more months. They haven't started filming yet! S1 took 10 months to film and VFX team started work in January and they're still working on S1. If say they start filming in October or January, it's going to take 2 years for the next season. Enjoy these final 4 episodes. If it took Loki and The Mandalorian 2 years for their new seasons to be made and they both have shorter seasons and run times than HOT D, then expect to wait just as long for HOT D's Season 2.

*MY* *Top* *10* *Greatest* *GOT/HOT D* *Characters* 1. Daemon Targaryen 2. Jaime Lannister 3. Tyrion Lannister 4. Jon Snow 5. Daenerys Targaryen 6. Rhaenyra Targaryen 7. Cersei Lannister 8. Alicent Hightower 9. Otto Hightower 10. Petyr Baelish & Larys Strong (tied) I don't think Daemon and Jaime are the most heroic or most virtuous. We witnessed Jaime sinning by Ep 1. We will see Daemon continue to sin. They're no saints. But they're my #1 & #2 because I find them to be the most fascinating and complicated. GRRM loves them grey and so do I. Both have so many fangirls as well as fanboys. White male. Their prince or knight in shining armor. Daemon and Jaime are these courageous but flawed antiheroes. If greatest is based on most heroic, then it's Jon or Arya. I know Arya is an assassin but she did kill the Night King. Without that ridiculous scene that viewers hated, all of Westeros could be dead. If it's heroism mixed with righteousness, then it's Jon. But I always found Jon to be such a bore 😴. The typical one-dimensional Gary Stu. Jon to me was also more of a Stark than Targ. He acted like his Uncle Ned. A dummy. *SPOILER* *ALERT* Not that Daemon and Jaime never did anything heroic. They did. Jaime killing Aerys saved more lives. Jaime came to rescue Brienne from a bear. He fought in Winterfell against the White Walkers. Jaime was extremely heroic. And if you know the end of the Dance, Daemon saves lives by killing Aemond. The Greens kept burning cities. He also helped Corlys defeat the Triarchy. It wasn't like Daemon and Jaime did only bad things and never did anything heroic. Daemon has done worse things than Jaime but also more heroic ones. I think Daenerys should be above Rhaenyra mainly because Rhaenyra has shown worse traits as a queen and even just as a person while Dany showed how heroic she was in the early and final seasons of GOT. It doesn't seem in the book that Syrax is as battle-tested as Drogon. But both Nyra and Dany were extremely flawed queens. Rhaenyra just feels like she's privileged to have it and will abuse those powers. Called "King Maegor with teats" and "The B-tch Queen". I know Dany fans are still defending her and wanted that happily ever after ending with Jon. But no, Dany was looking like Michael Corleone in The Godfather: Part II. Once Dany sensed losing her power, her mind lost it. And she was never groomed properly to be a good queen. She was surrounded by YES MEN and WOMEN because she can threaten them with her dragons. Primitive people like the Dothrakis and Unsullied without a proper justice system. Daenerys never understood the diplomacy of being a good queen. Her ruling came from brute force. Love her or hate her. Mostly hate her but I was on the side who didn't think she was worse than Dany. I love Cersei. Evil personality? Sure. But it's easy to overlook how Robert mistreated and cheated on her. I judge the actual actions of that person. I could care less about their personality. Seemed like liberals could never get over Trump's personality that they had to bash him every day. I thought Cersei played the "game of thrones" the best. She was also the one to utter those words... "When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die. There is no middle ground." I'm aware I didn't include Sansa but she didn't reach the level of importance to the entire story until the very end. Sansa really only got better after S6. She was mostly a spoiled c-nt in S1. Then more of a damsel in distress from S2-S6. I know Tyrion is just an imp but a lot of story centered around Littlefinger framing Tyrion. As badly written Tyrion became in the later seasons, he's still the most likeable Hand we've ever seen. Lyonel Strong was the most honorable Hand. Alicent is going to be a nerfed Cersei. She doesn't come off like a real b-tch the way Cersei was but she's manipulative and a schemer. Alicent might be the better "person" than Rhaenyra but she leads the biggest evil of the two parties. Is Otto the real hero of HOT D? Serious question. If you view Targs as the villains, then he is. That's why I have him higher than Larys and Littlefinger. Otto seems the more damaging character. If you rewatch GOT S1, Littlefinger just has this face you can't trust. With Otto, he's not as transparent. No Bronn, Tormund, Davos, Oberyn, The Hound, or Ned. Most were just minor characters and Ned lasted 9 episodes. My top 10 (or really 11) greatest consist of Daemyra, Hightowers, Jon, Dany, the three Lannister kids, and the two Littlefingers of their series. The big omission among popular characters is really Arya. But I couldn't stand her after S6. She's the probably the most heroic and MVP of Westeros. But she's also the biggest fan service character and Mary Sue who could fight amazing overnight after that "No One" episode. Not to sound sexist but a lot female characters in GOT and HOT D come off really annoying af. I always said this before when GOT still aired. This includes the beloved Dany. They all act like these annoying and spoiled c-nts. Go down the line from Catelyn Stark to Margaery Tyrell to Melisandre to Shae. No wonder the realm hates female rulers. And male Targs are mostly bad news in ruling unless your name is Jaehaerys I, the GOAT in all of ASOIAF lore. Try ruling for 55 years with mostly peace and prosperity.
