Broner been a low volume out put fighter he just got away with it at 130 and135 cuz he could walk those fighters down What really happened is he jumped pas 140 chasing the money instead acculmating his body to 140 he just went to 147 anybody else would of did that likely would of got stopped by maidana. Broner never had to throw many punches to dominate after 135 he thought talent would carry him but at the highest level talent aint enough . Add in partying drinking smoking bad storm

I agree 100% with A.B saying that the Marco Maidana fight was one of his best performances inside a boxing ring no problem with the outcome and the decision on the night but what was impressive that night inside that ring was how Adrien kept boxing and how he was able to overcome adversity & bite down on his mouth piece and fight through the tribulation and all the difficulty that fight had thrown at him throughout the whole fight that night and still be standing at the end and was able to see the final bell was a true test of A.B's Character + Which is not often said A.B was fighting 2 weight's above his natural weight I not saying it's a big thing but it is something
@dnzwill3 жыл бұрын
I agree. Maidana was bringing the heat and Broner held his own. He showed me he has a chin and is tough. I just thought they rushed him too fast. Maidana stopped two guys on the doorstep to becoming stars in boxing. Victor Ortiz and Adrien Broner. The Floyd comparisons hurt him because he doesn’t train like Floyd.

I think everyone would love to see a serious and dedicated AB - a person who has stripped away all of his Mayweather-esque “About Billions” talk because really that has damaged his career more than his many losses. The bragging, the boasting, the showboating... it is at the stage now where it is clownish. Mayweather got away with it of course because he invented himself as a brash, trash-talking “all about money” super-champion. And he was all of those things and his record proves it. AB thought he could just hitch a ride on the Mayweather train. And for sure, he got on that train, but it dropped him off a long, long time ago.

All this hate in the comments, and I don’t agree with everything AB say or do but without a doubt this man is a legend and a inspiration to Cincinnati as a boxer and even as a fighter

Usually cant stand this clown, but Broner was a lot more real & honest than I anticipated. Didnt make excuses for certain losses, admitted when someone physically hurt him, & even apologized to a few people. ...but I kno somewhere, Robert Easter Jr is like, Daaaaaaaamn, what are you doin??? AB should have left his name out of that story related to Paulie's girl.
