Hey great video, thank you! So am I right in understanding that Postback URL's still don't give you contextual data - what pages a visitor viewed before converting, etc? I'm sure there's a way to instrument your analytics so it tracks the Postback URL as a goal, then you could see contextual data. And then I'm sure having good cross-device attribution by Postback URL would be difficult, too.

Thanx for the video. is it possible to track Facebook ad conversion with postback URL when promoting affiliate offers? so that I can optimize for purchase when promoting an affiliate offer with FB ads.

No not currently. That being said, Facebook just started exposing Click IDs so I see this as potential in the future.

An affiliate would utilize theirs instead of a pixel if offered.
