Thank you for the video on reminding small business owners to get insurance. As for sewing good job, great idea. On your rib do less pull to not get the waves look . Nice job .

Less pull while I’m sewing the seems together or make the zig zag stitch farther apart to create less pull?

It is depending on what you are making. Shirts aren’t really a lot of work to me. Well at least this style. With a few pieces of equipment it’s fast an easy. The most time consuming part to me is pinning the fabric together. I ordered some clips. I think that will make it a little faster cause I won’t be worried about sticking myself with the pins. We will see.

@@adubbproductions i have a retail sales policy. Email me and i can share more about policy limits and price. I do recommend finding a local agent. The quote i got from customer service was totally different than what i got when i spoke to a local agent.

Wow 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥. Great job.. Your knocking it out the park Allan. Could you have used the serger for the neck line? That’s a nice sewing machine I don’t see the link for it.

Thank you Lucy. It’s the Genome HD5000. I got it from Amazon. I will post the link in a minute.

Hi! Great job on your shirt! I would like to suggest serging all of the seams, including attaching the rib knit to the shirt to keep the elasticity. Using a straight stitch runs the risk of breaking the stitch when stretching the fabric. Also serging the seams leaves a nice clean finish! Hope that helps and makes sense! Thank you for the content!

Thank you great suggestion. I appreciate it. I used a zigzag stitch the entire time though. I do have the server so why not use it. Thank you Christina.

I have a question....I have people always asking me if they bring me a file and a few shirts would I embroider it for them. If they provide shirt and file what would you charge? Not sure what price I should quote and don't wanta over price either. Anyone? Advice is always welcomed since I'm newer to embroidery....
@adubbproductions2 жыл бұрын
Don’t be ashamed to charge them what you think is fair. In all actuality you should be charging what your time is worth. Shirt blanks are not that expensive, digitizing a file isn’t that expensive but what is expansive is your most valuable asset. Your customer might be trying to save some money by bringing their own materials but I would advise you to look at the entire job determine what you would normally charge if you were providing everything then maybe subtract a dollar or two per shirt they have provided maybe a little more if they are polos but remember if you charge to low you are stuck for hours working for free. In this case you customer needs to understand that they are paying for your equipment, expertise and most importantly your time. Overall it should only be a few dollars off not that much different from the regular price. Time trumps all.
