hi, Anthony, i have a.d.h.d. i am on concerta xl 27 mg.well done on a BRILLIANT vid, most people seem to think only kids have a.d.h.d. and we grow out of it, but as you and i know we are born with it , and it is there to stay, i am 54yrs old, my worst time with a.d.h.d, was from 4/5yrs old to 40yrs old so quite long period of time, i have always been in the FAST lane, especially from the age of about 20/ to diddle 40's,my concerta only helps me a bit, life is hard,VERY hard, i was married, but my a.d.h.d ways/problems put an end to that, not sure where my life will go in the future, mick from surrey. my first time talking to another a.d.h.d. person.

26, Autism and ADHD. On Xaggitin, 54mg. Anyone had any experience with Xaggitin?

I started slow release. But changed to concerta. It pretty good.

Does concerta give you a euporia feeling

If you don't have ADHD, then you will more than likely get a euphoric feeling. Us with ADHD have issues with neurons firing from the brain stem to the frontal cortex. Some of our neurons are blocked during that journey. Any stimulant medication produces more of these neurons, to overcompensate for the ones getting blocked, which is why people who have ADHD don't get "high" from taking their medication. If you don't suffer from ADHD and you take a medication like this, your neurotypical brain will produce even more neurons, giving that person a feeling of high, and euphoria. Not worth taking if you don't have ADHD, as it can lead to addiction when chasing a high.
