As per sec 152(6) Retirement by Rotation, Clause (b) says "Remaining directors shall also be appointed by the company in GM"... Does it mean each and every director shall be reappointed?... (Besides retiring director)..? 👆 Could someone please clarify me 👆

Out of all the directors, 2/3 are directors whose term of office is liable to be determined by rotation. So remaining 1/3rd shall be appointed at General Meeting By default. (but in case of private company it depends on the regulations in the articles of company .)
