Hello sourav why not you should come up with one example using auto complete in text box and based on the value we will select in drop down appropriate data should get bind in table for e.g based on the employee name we will select in auto complete all the details for that employee should get bind in a table in mvc.hope we will see this video in future which will be helpful for us

Thank you! This is a great video that helped me finally create a master detail entry form. Do you have an example that shows how to also return/display server side validation errors? For example if the order has 2 detail lines and on one line the customer is trying to order more than is in stock I would like to mark the specific row/quantity that is in error so that the customer can change and resubmit.

Yes you can do that but still, I would like to go with MVC because there are several problems (like ViewState size issue, Tight coupling etc) in WebForms those are addressed in MVC.

Just because you can do it with webforms does not mean you should do it with webforms. MVC is a much better pattern for handling modern web development architecture and Microsoft has even admitted that webforms is outdated and that they are moving to MVC for SharePoint
