Hi Paul, What if I edit some details on asana, after I already export the asana data to Bridge24. Is it going to update the new data on bridge24 according to asana? Or should I do it manually?

Bridge24 will sync with Asana so your changes should show up after a short while.

One idea is if you have the Business plan, you can add a field to the project to track the overall budget. Then at the task level you could use custom fields to track the budget related to specific tasks.

Have you tried the internal 'Reports' feature where you can create lists of tasks using the advanced search?

Looks like an inexpensive way to get Portfolios where multiple projects can be grouped and reported on, displaying almost whatever you want. Now if I could figure out a way to do the same thing to duplicate Goals; it would be very good. The 3X price to go to Business from Premium is excessive IMHO.

Yeah it is a bit of a step up in price. Bridge24 is a good alternative for reporting.
