Hi Rutvik I have one question, If the customer falls under the win strategies places the order then we will provide the stock from redistribute, fill and gain strategy. Now our delivery agent commit loose customer that the delivery will be done by tomorrow. Now very next morning again win customer place an order and asking for the delivery on the same date ( let say the win customer location is near to our plant) the how could we do the delivery to loose strategy customer ? ( since we had already commited to lose strategy customer ) I hope you understand the situtation.

there is no GUI concept for BOP segment creation it works only in Fiori

Hi Ruthvik, thank you so much for this explanation. I'm still struggling to understand the difference bewteen WIN and GAIN, since both can't lose and WIN can't take from GAIN. Maybe the difference is in the internal priority, since WIN comes always first, even before GAIN? Best regards!
