Hi, I seeing step hop with "slow&" and QQ timing. What the difference between these 2 kinds of step hop?

It's a difference in rhythm: you count from 1 to 4 --> 1 2 3 4 with "slow slow" your steps are on: 1 - 3 - you count from 1 to 4 WITH "&"s --> 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & with "slow slow" your steps are on: 1 - - - 3 - - - "quick quick quick quick" : 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - "slow & quick quick": 1 - - & 3 - 4 - "quick quick": 1 - 2 - "slow &": 1 - - & difficult to explain shortly and only via text, hope it helps :)

@@dancearchivehub Thank you for ur explaination. One observation i made on step hop with "slow&" is progressive, whereas Step hop with QQ is stationery only and upward.
