Hi Sabrah, I have started preparing for IELTS recently. I got 7/10 and 6/10 for the 2 test you provided. I find I often err while trying to understand how people pronounce their names. I think with little more practice, I can improve my scores. Thankyou for posting these.

(Follow up: answer to your questions) Yes Sabrah. In the first section, there were a few words I didn't know or wasn't familiar with but it didn't bother my general understanding of the conversation. I was just a bit afraid I would need these for the answers but it wasn't the case really: after re-watching, here they are: -smidge: I had already met that one; it was easy to understand with the context -catering: i guessed it had to be related to food -milling around -natter For the second part (I guessed it by listening & context) -flop (into bed) Rectification: I just realised I made one mistake in part 2: I wrote 'they're committed to improve' instead of ... 'improving' ! So 9/10. I'll have to think for suggestions for future videos. I loved that one because it was related to something extremely important: listening and understanding. So yes I would find it great if you could do some other similar ones. Also you could do a little bit of acting and you were very expressive and I so love it!! Not only I fell in love with the teacher but also with both the customer and the receptionist! 😊 Thank you so so much my one and only sabie for the exercise very useful for everyone It was wonderful like always I love you. I send you hugs and plenty of sweet bisous! 😘🌹🌺🧡

I challenged myself, I didn’t take any note at all and I did ok 👌🏻. I got 6 out of 10 in the first section while I got 7 correct in second section but a lot of grammar mistakes . Great advance exercise, I will help us a lot undoubtably. The girl with the golden hair , The Cersie lannister of love English looks as gorgeous as always . Her outfit crowd pleasing 🤭. Hi my sweetie! My score: first part: 7/10 Second part: 10/10 I made the test seriously listening just once without pausing neither going backwards. I found the first part more difficult because you get quite a lot of information that you have to memorise. Conversely, I found the second part was a piece of cake: easy peasy. I had all the words correct without the least hesitation. That is for the test itself. Be back later to comment more on the video ...

The second test was easy - I did not know "flop into bed", I've always thought "flop" is only related to a poker game. The first test was far more complicated, though. I did not get the last name of the customer right, and then I didn't figure out it was over budget because the customer is only implying she will have a difficult conversation with her boss. Do you actually have any similar videos on conversations with customer support because normally no one offers anything like that? Thank you kindly for your great video anyway.

So the over budget question - if you heard her say that was not all the cost she said that after the customer said if was on budget, but then she said it was an extra £3000 so that was the biggest give away. Well done in the second test!!
