The way you articulate important cues and little nuances that help us get better is like not many other pilots. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Thanks! You are the king of advanced fpv tutorials! Seriously, nobody does them as well as you do! Listening to you describe everything makes it feel like you're being taught something by a friend. Looking forward to working on this now!

I used to learn matty flip from mattystunt with a camera angle of 40 degrees and I'm used to it until now, with such a high camera angle I'm very difficult to fly backwards, but I keep trying, thanks Stingy, my man 😄👌🍺

Nice tutorial. Bot and I were just discussing the differences between Matty flip styles. I like to keep the object in cam view while performing the maneuver. This way you can go around a second time if you have the clearance and skill

thanks for the tutorial. always frustrated me that coming around a moving vehicle and flying backwards, in fpv, you always loose the ground or the vehicle you're tracking. a nice automated tilt down axis input would solve that.

I know it’s not a advanced move but I need help doing a tight turn. I always seem to drift wide and sometimes run into something because I spin out and slide too far .
@dustinjolley54002 жыл бұрын
Try working with a little more roll & learning to use roll & yaw at the same time to increase your turning speed. Adjust throttle as needed to maintain height. Practice turning around an object one way & the switch it up once you’ve got that down
@marcsangiuliano42732 жыл бұрын
@@dustinjolley5400 thanks a bunch! That sounds like a good idea, I’m gonna practice that this weekend, thanks again!

Your video quality is really good on this channel. I’m curious what camera you’re using
@stingersswarm Жыл бұрын
When I’m talking to the camera it is the Sony A7IV with a sigma 20mm F1.4 lens. Flight footage is GoPro hero 11 mini. This was older but I think it was the dji action 2 on the drone.

Wait wait wait, I tried to do the backward flying but my drone does not respond like yours does! How can you only use yaw to turn around? If I try to turn then I have to use roll also to have a flat turn. How the heck is yours setup??

Very nice! I would like to see the trick called TREBUCHET, which is in Christian Mollica's book! Doesn't look all that difficult to do, but I've never seen anyone do it! Maybe Stingy can destroy his quad first before I attempt it! Just kidding!!
