One of my favorite bags, but it seems to be mounted pretty high...the spot for the uppercut should be level to your chin.

How do you know what the proper height of the wall bag should be?

I would just go make the top of the wall bag even with your own height. Or maybe even a few inches lower, because you have to consider that no one stands straight up during a fight. You can practice your jabs, uppercuts, hooks, and even body shots.

Brother great video. I like the drills. I have a question for you. I purchased this same wall bag but I'm installing it in my bedroom in my home on the wall in my bedroom. Should I put wood behind it before I drill it in the wall? Or is it ok just to drill it directly in the wall ?? Let me know bro.

That is mounted to high it should be around eye level I mounted mine a little to high too but not as high as this one.

You have lower the wall bag to match your height. Unless you are preparing to fight someone much taller than you.
