Every bag has a purpose and this is a new style uppercut bag. It’s purpose is for training inside fighting. Heavy bags don’t allow proper positioning for inside work which is why we used uppercut bags in the old days but they had to be placed against a wall to secure and still the angles were not perfect but this is. Don’t use for power punching training or timing or footwork but focus on tight punches and shoulder positioning and nothing can match it

it's primarily for working angles and movement. requires a little bit of space for the movement. also, it's a technical piece of equipment ot meant for welling on with punches.

excellent review, i requested a few weeks ago thank you. Tell the coach to pick up a spray bottle of saddle soap at wal mart. It's the best for preserving leather,it will last another 10 yrs. and beyond

Both fun bags. Double end more for timing and speed bag for shoulder conditioning if you will.

Double end bag is so much more fun in my opinion. You can mix it up and work your movement with your timing, and also good for speed and accuracy woth your punches and technique.
