Thanks a lot Jenn but I did this class with dumbel 4 kgs ....I think too much no? Because in US 5 means...2,5kgs....Thanks to let me know.😙😗Dominique

That is a good heavy weight. I am using a 10 lb weight, which is 4.5 kg. So your dumbbell is closer to 8 lbs which is what most people in my classes use. It won't be easy. But functional. What do things around your house or job weigh?
