Why didn't you mention the delay issue described in the "PC audio" section? It is very important as it makes the headset almost incompatible with windows. @@HeadsetAdvisor Could you please explain what do you mean by "Leaving them turned on" This issue happens while they are on and connected, if no sound is being played the LED on the dongle goes from teal to solid blue. And then whenever a sound is supposed to play again it'll take a second to switch back to teal and start actually playing the audio. It's very annoying as it goes to solid blue the very second sound stops, which means if on a video for example the person takes a couple break when speaking and there is no background music, you could very well miss a lot of seconds from whenever they picked backup again, and they add up very fast. It's frustrating to have to go back everytime there was a pause in audio coming through.

I found your video while trying to fix a, "Feature." The Audio protection here is horrible. I understand what they are trying to do but either make it better or let me disable it. Every time a training or zoom session has a gap in audio for three or so seconds, it mutes the audio and slowly raises the volume back to normal as it detects audio again. This leads me to miss the first part of what's being said after every time someone has taken a pause. I really wish companies would stop treating users like idiots. @HeadsetAdvisor2 жыл бұрын
This isn't an uncommon subject. Head sizes and shapes vary a lot, and that makes it difficult for any headset to be universally stable, and fit everyone well. With that in mind, here's a tip you might try, but I caution you to exercise care when doing this as you don't want to break your headset. You indicated that the headset is slipping. This tells me that it's too loose on your head. If you grasp the headband just a little bit above the ear speaker area on both sides, and then bring them towards each other, applying some semi-firm, but steady pressure to the headband, you're working to tighten it. If you do this once, twice, maybe even a third time, you'll end up with a more firm, tightened headband that will likely no longer slip off your head. But again, excercise some care when doing this. I've used this process for countless headsets when faced with this issue, and it fixes it in nearly all cases. Hope this helps, and good luck!
