EXTRA TIPS FROM OUTSIDE VIDEO: Prof Putri - When double oozes initially spawn you can quickly apply dots to your off-color ooze and still do FULL damage with those dots.

On Sindragosa , when you get Unchained Magic, assuming all your dots are up and you just refreshed haunt / shadow embrace, do you think it's worth casting a drain soul as your last spell and let the stacks fall off while channeling drain soul , or just sbolt and afk for 5 sec ?

On council, you can also toss a curse of doom on the 3rd target. After the second target becomes active, the 3rd target will obviously be the one who hasn't been active yet.

Depends on the fight, I have been using WM but half the time I don't even get the DM proc before the tricks/WM fades so I might just swap to haste I was playing around with it yesterday. @@adamcroley8888

@@ItsPummel Yea I was playing around with it but I'm horrible with numbers. If you find out it's not worth it, let us know. Those pots are almost 40g per and hastes are like 12g lol. Gold is not a problem but i don't like wasting it lol. Best of luck to you.

On Sindra, your corruption should not drop during Unchained Magic, only during flight phase... Just go to the side and cast Drain Soul, you will only ever get a single stack of the UM, and you will reapply the corruption every time

This is god tier! Ty so much! Btw, I saw in the patch notes it said: "Warlock - Demonic Pact will now always be 10% of the Warlock’s spell power." Do you know what that means? Wasn't it already always 10%? Was it bugged or something? I quit Wrath for a while, so I'm out of the loop :/ Sorry for the unrelated question, just figured you would know.

I got you. There was a bug that the first DP applied was 11%. This could be manipulated by the Demonology warlock by clicking off their own DP when they are hoping to refresh the buff for the raid when trinkets proc. Blizzard got rid of this interaction and updated DP so it refreshes more consistently and also always at 10%.

would like to add something for blood council me personally as demo lock, I will throw r1 shadowbolt on taldaram to proc decimation the entire fight, so aff can probably snapshot corruption on him since he will have 5% spell crit debuff. of course it will depends if your demo lock actually throwing r1 sb or not, but i think it is worth to mention

@ItsPummel On fights where there are adds, like LDW and Saurafang - assuming we have a 4-pc tier set, do we only want to put corruption on the adds? or is it ever worth putting UA on adds for the hope of Devious Minds proccing? So like for example on Saurafang, when 5 beasts pop up, should we corruption each, maintain dots on boss, then do a round of UA? or maybe do UA only and not corruption for that added 10% bonus? or maybe that bonus isnt worth the chase, and just do corruption as a higher tick damage on everything? Interested to hear what thoughts are on that with the 4-pc bonus proc.

Issue with a fight like saurfang is that the adds die too fast to get the damage from UA to be worth it, I usually put up 3-4 corruptions. and sbolt my assigned target. LDW you can use UA on the magic only adds or slow dying ones, but I think I would rather put corr on abherrents before shields and seed off fanatics. It all depends on the fight script and what everyone else is doing, sorry if its not a black and white answer.

you mentioned Nevermelting Ice Crystal for snap shotting in ICC...any particular fights you'd recommend using it on vs Scale/Flare combo if so which one would you replace since we'd have to keep it equipped or lose crit buff on pull if trying to trinket swap?

Any fight where you can keep the snap up and the boss doesn't immune like Saurfang or Prof P. Sindy is a bad fight for example.

In order to roll corruptions to off targets. Do you use R1, max rank, Drain Life tick? What’s the decision there

My go to is rank 1, max rank is ideal, but haste limitations + 2s corr falling off early is really toxic. Drain life is super emergency you dont want the snapped corr to fall off.

On LDW you say to use the never melting ice crystal trinket + Wild Magic. should we also use this trinket on any bosses where we can roll corruption the entire fight? i just went and farmed it and want to be sure im utilizing it the best. Thanks!

How do you roll corr on PP? I have done only normal version on ptr and in the transition phase I get stunned and my dots fall off. Is heroic version different on that matter? Thank you in advance for reply.

In the heroic version you do not get stunned and can keep it up with haunt/rank 1 sbolt during the double ooze phase.

Pummel, please explain how do I wep swap properly to maximize dps. I have my high crit staff with 3 crit gems. The two scenarios I'm interested in is A) i can precast on boss and B) boss requires run in, no precast Thank you my dude

on the opener you have your crit staff on then once you apply your corruption you weapon swap to your regular weapon. You can swap again at 35% if you want to reapply later. The hard part is just remembering that.

@@ItsPummel swapping incurs 1 GCD if I'm not mistaken. so I just do my normal opener with crit staff until corruption is up (depends if fire mage gets crit debuff up fast) then wep swap after? also, replace flare or scale with tyrannus trinket? I feel like scale is just so good.

I have my weapon swap macro'd into my agony. Just start the fight with my crit-juiced Clemency and have /equipslot16 and baked into agony, just have to it twice since it does infact incur a GCD. @@whyareyoureification

Yeah I left a comment on this in the pin. When Putricide summons BOTH oozes at 85% then at 35% you get a green or orange debuff which reduces the damage you do to the opposite. If you put up dots on the opposite color you get ex: you get orange debuff you hit green. Your dots still do full damage. @@chrisb9658

I dont think so, the other talents are too valuable as of right now, maybe that will change down the line.
