Good morning Dr. Sir , I have grade 1 mucoid degeneration of acl in mri this injury done on dated 6th Sept. 2022 during running down from Mata Vaishno Devi Temple. I feel like my knee going a little behind. Also arries difficulty during down ward from stair in mid after 10 stair down as my knee joint attach from outer side only. No pain, no issue to walk, upstairs, and normal running. No issue to fold knee fully. The only issue to downstairs in mid of stair. Dr. Says for bed rest. Please guide Dr. Sir. 🙏

Nov 2020 i did orthoscope fr right knee an suddenly lockdown annouced so the thing is my right leg fold into 90degrees .... so i would like to ask u whthr doing exercise daily(consulting a physio)is going to make knee fold upto 135 degrees ..?..and i would like to request you to give me n any exercise plan for me ?

Sirji... Mai bike se gira tha... Meri surgery hui aur plate fit kiye... Mai achha chl raha tha.... But Abhi 4 month pahale mai washroom me gira aur meri thigh ki haddi tuti... Usaki bhi surgery Kiya... Usake saath me ghutane se leke jo plate fit the wo nikale....Dr bole ligament ka problem hai... Mera pair straight rakha to dard ni hota but ghutna se pair moda to aawaj aata hai aur dard hota... Achhese chl ni pa raha... Sirji... Please guide me..
